All requests for waiver of the rules (see Sec. 1.925 of this chapter) governing the Wireless Radio Services (see Sec. 1.907 of this chapter) that require a fee (see Sec. 1.1102 of this chapter) shall be submitted via the Universal Licensing System or to the U.S. Bank, St. Louis, Missouri at the address set forth in Sec. 1.1102. Waiver requests that do not require a fee should be submitted via the Universal Licensing System or to: Federal Communications Commission, 1270 Fairfield Road, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania 17325-7245.
