(a) Providers subject to the reporting requirements in Sec. 64.2105 of this chapter may make requests for Commission nondisclosure of the data submitted under Sec. 0.459 of this chapter by so indicating on the report at the time that the data are submitted.
(b) The Chief of the Wireline Competition Bureau will release information to states upon request, if the states are able to maintain the confidentiality of this information.
