Rail carriers are exempt from the provisions of Sec. 1312.37 that require the filing of tariffs containing international joint through rates. Rail carriers must continue to comply with Board accounting and reporting requirements. This exemption shall remain in effect, unless modified or revoked by a subsequent order of this Board.
