Each class I railroad shall file a Monthly Report of Number of Railroad Employees (Form MRRE) each month. The report should be mailed to Bureau of Accounts, Surface Transportation Board, Washington, DC 20423, by the end of the month to which it applies. [47 FR 53868, Nov. 30, 1982]
