OPM will issue advisory guidelines to Federal agencies incorporating the best practices identified under Sec. 724.402 that agencies may follow to take appropriate disciplinary actions against employees for conduct that is inconsistent with Federal Antidiscrimination Laws and Whistleblower Laws.
