Violations of contract or application requirements will result in the termination or cancellation of the ARC or PLC contract or CTAP application, as applicable. Upon such termination or cancellation, all producers that signed the contract or application forfeit all rights to receive payments for the ARC or PLC contract or CTAP application and are required to refund all payments received, plus interest as specified in Sec. 1412.1(d) of this part, as determined in accordance with part 1403 of this chapter.
