CFR /  Title 7  /  Part 1485  /  Sec. 1485.12 Participation eligibility.

To participate in the MAP, an entity shall be:

(a) A nonprofit U.S agricultural trade organization;

(b) A nonprofit SRTG;

(c) A U.S. agricultural cooperative; or

(d) A State agency.
