All grants awarded under this subpart are subject to the environmental requirements in subpart G of 7 CFR part 1940 or successor regulations. Applications for planning grants are generally excluded from the environmental review process by Sec. 1940.333 of this title. Applicants for working capital grants must submit Form RD 1940-20, ``Request for Environmental Information.''
