(a) Filing fees must accompany certain filings made under the provisions of this part before the OCC will accept those filings. The applicable fee schedule is provided in the Notice of Comptroller of the Currency Fees published pursuant to Sec. 8.8 of this chapter.
(b) Filing fees must be paid by check payable to the Comptroller of the Currency.
