The mortgagee shall specifically give consideration to affording the mortgagor the benefit of relief authorized by Sec. Sec. 203.345 and 203.346, if the mortgagor is person in the military service as that term is defined in the Soldiers and Sailors Civil Relief Act of 1940, as amended.
