Pasteurized cheese spread is the food which conforms to the definition and standard of identity, and is subject to the requirements for label statement of ingredients, prescribed for pasteurized process cheese spread by Sec. 133.179, except that no emulsifying agent as prescribed by Sec. 133.179(e) is used.
